We gutted a major portion of our home in equestrian estates: required structure modifications, HVAC, Lutron, plumbing, millwork, and every licensed trade those systems required. One contractor said the span for the great room would take a lot of money and a lot of time. Jon organized it all and ran the job from the site and sent us progress photos while we were out of the country. When the designer specified couches in a green that did not exist, he built them himself and then found a shop to upholster them. That is coordination, not just contracting.

He sourced and set up the specified furniture and recommended electric screens that opened everything up even further. Inside, he found the source of a musty smell—an HVAC drain leaking into an inner wall—opened the wall, fixed the leak, and rebuilt the garage wall.
