He sourced and set up the specified furniture and recommended electric screens that opened everything up even further. Inside, he found the source of a musty smell—an HVAC drain leaking into an inner wall—opened the wall, fixed the leak, and rebuilt the garage wall. He also turned the golf-cart bay into a gaming center with epoxied floors, AC, and cabinets. I love it. Clear estimates, prices that held, and a house that finally works the way we live.
