Polo Island needed a rescue remodel, not a cosmetic pass. Jon came in, closed out the loose-end projects after we gave him a punch list. Without him we would not have been able to put the unit on the market as we were out of town. His process was efficient — regular texts and follow-ups so we always knew where things stood. That communication is what I needed and with transparency on costs.. all receipts were attached to his invoices.
